Please join us from 10:00 - 11:00 am on Sunday, May 7, as we gather to provide community to those experiencing grief of various kinds. During our time together we will practice meditation and grounding activities and discuss how to integrate nature and sound healing into your grief practices. Our session will close with a sound bath.
This event is free and open to all. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and a journal. The exact location is to be disclosed via email.
